Get Your Snacks!

Recommended Posts

So what snacks do you like to eat? It doesn't have to be conventional snacks just things you eat as snacks!

Currently I'm on a training program and diet so the more natural snacks the better. I'm nuts about mixed nuts, however peanuts excluded!

dry fruits, but only in small amount due to the high sugar level!

Oh man, I love snacks and kherto pert khordan. Dried food I love them all, I eat them pretty much every night. A few minutes ago I had hand full of almonds, and right now I am about to have my dried apricots. I just love eating these stuff, as a matter of fact a huge part of my kitchen cabinets is allocated to dried fruits, nuts, and all kinds of natural & healthy snacks.

No I eat three main meals and three snacks/middle meals. more smaller portions instead of few large meals. I have learnt that if I skip a meal or double up a meal it effects my metabolism and therefore a regular schedule is my key to my successful comeback to shape.

Lately I have been eating Coconuts as midway snack, I've made lots of research and realized how beneficial coconuts are!

I love coconuts and the milk. It is though a food i try to avoid as it is rich in saturated fat. i'm absolutely crazy about Sharon Fruit (Persimmons) right now, preferrably the dried variety.
